Facilities

Our children enjoy bright and spacious classrooms, with fantastic facilities.  A double-height hall with a wooden sprung floor is fully equipped with modular staging, professional lighting, fabulous fixed gym equipment, ballet bars and mirrors.  The hall is multi-functional and is used by the whole school for indoor sports, gym, drama, dance, musical and theatrical productions as well as lectures, lessons and assemblies.

In the science, art and ICT suites, as in the classrooms themselves, interactive whiteboards using the latest educational software enhance and support the curriculum.

Our beautiful outdoor areas offer children rich learning opportunities and provides sensory experiences which lead to greater levels of creativity and understanding.  Children experiment, discover and explore through a natural connection with the outdoor environment. 

Within the school grounds, children have access to a permanent Astroturf ‘pitch’ area, with multi-purpose goals for hockey, football, netball and basketball.  The outdoor area has been divided into a variety of areas including an adventure trail, outdoor stage, a gazebo for shelter and outdoor lessons, a sensory and musical area, planters and inventively designed areas for learning through active, socio-dramatic play. We have also been able to incorporate an inspirational, dedicated area for the under fives with challenging equipment for climbing, balancing, and swinging.
