Clubs & Activities

There are many activities organised outside the classroom at Eridge House, with a huge variety of sports such as football, tennis, fencing, netball and cricket after school clubs, residential trips and visits.

Visits

We visit museums and other places of interest each term.  These include the Tate Modern, Tate Britain, the Tower of London, the Houses of Parliament, the Alexander Fleming Museum, the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum, the V & A and the Museum of Childhood to name a few!

Residential trips

Children in the Upper School will enjoy a variety of residential trips both in the UK and abroad from adventure and educational camps at Hindleap Warren, Hooke Court, Mill On The Brue, ski trips to Austria, a night in a museum, to a trip to France.

After school clubs

The fun carries on after school too!  We offer a wide range of after school clubs throughout the year, for example European languages, creative writing, chess, book club, football, film club, tennis, drama, singing, dance, art, pottery, cookery, netball, yoga, fencing and more.

French programme

We provide a supplementary French curriculum for families wishing their children to transfer to French secondary schools or those who will return to France in the future.  (Please contact the Head of Admissions for further information).
